If you have an issue that you are passionate about, come and learn the steps to take to create a powerfully persuasive film. Producer/Director Julia Verdin will conduct a seminar on the mechanics of the development, funding, production, and marketing of social impact films using her 25 minute film Lost Girls as an example. Lost Girls was made to raise awareness about the sex trafficking of minors in the US.
Artists for Change Board Members including Executive Producer Sean Acosta and Co-Producer Halil Sevis, Jason Piette and Gary Dartnall will also be on hand to add to the discussion.
